Sales & Service Manager – Site Services (Electrical / LV Switchgear Industry)Dublin / On the roadSalary 70kAn established organisation within theelectrical engineering and low-voltage (LV) switchgear industryis seeking aSales & Service Managerto support the growth of itsSite Services division.This is a hybrid role combining service-led sales, client relationship management, and coordination of site-based electrical works.The successful candidate will focus on expanding preventative maintenance contracts, service works, and lifecycle upgrades, while supporting the planning and delivery of on-site activities across Ireland (and occasionally Europe).Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and manage the service sales pipeline, including preventative maintenance (PM) contracts, service works, upgrades, surveys, and emergency call-out agreementsConduct site visits and client meetings to identify service and lifecycle opportunitiesPrepare proposals, quotations, scopes of work, and commercial documentationAchieve agreed revenue targets and KPIsBuild relationships with main contractors, facilities management providers, and end usersPreventative Maintenance & Lifecycle ServicesPromote and grow maintenance contracts as a core revenue streamDevelop service programmes aligned with OEM recommendations and industry standardsIdentify lifecycle risks, end-of-life assets, and upgrade opportunities during site engagementSupport long-term asset performance and reliability strategies for clientsProject Coordination & Service Delivery SupportCoordinate planned maintenance, inspections, shutdowns, and service worksSupport scheduling and resource planning with internal engineers and subcontractorsEnsure smooth handover from projects to service through structured documentationMonitor service progress and assist in resolving delivery or site-related issuesClient Relationship & Technical AdvisoryAct as a trusted advisor on electrical maintenance, LV switchgear, and lifecycle decisionsMaintain strong client relationships and high service standardsAttend site meetings, issue service reports, and ensure clear ongoing communicationCommercial & AdministrationMaintain accurate CRM records and prepare service sales reportsTrack service revenue, renewals, and marginsEnsure all RAMS, certifications, and close-out documentation are completed correctlyHealth, Safety & ComplianceLead by example in adhering to Health & Safety and environmental standardsMaintain awareness of relevant IEC, BS, EN, and industry regulationsContribute to a professional, collaborative, and safety-first working environmentRequired Experience & Skills3-5+ years' experience in technical sales, service management, or project coordination within the electrical or LV switchgear sectorStrong understanding of LV electrical systems, switchgear, and maintenance requirementsProven ability to grow accounts and achieve service or sales revenue targetsStrong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable balancing commercial ownership with site-based coordinationFull driving licence and flexibility to travelFluent English and eligibility to work in Ireland
