About The Role
Schedule:
Full time position.
***********-hour shift basis
Responsibilities
Ensure all cleaning standards, as defined in the agreement between the hospital and Bidvest Noonan are met consistently
Ensure compliance with HIQA standards
Participate in Environmental Management Audits with hospital Ward/Department Managers
Implement the QIP following hospital management audits
Complete monthly audits of areas as directed by Site Manager
Ensure implementation of corrective action including re-audit
Proactively solicit feedback from customers in respect of hygiene and cleaning standards
Proactively manage the performance of the team within the contract in accordance with company Policy and Procedures
Support Contract Manager
Mentor and provide leadership and guidance to the team
Complete attendance records, ensuring hours claimed accurately reflect hours worked
Complete the training of new colleagues in accordance with BIC'S standard as required and maintain training records
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Supervisor or relevant role, preferably in a Healthcare setting
Excellent time keeping and attendance
Ability to communicate fluently in English
Self-motivated and a team leader
Ability to adapt to change in schedules
Good communication skills both written and verbal
A valid Visa enabling the holder to work in the Republic of Ireland
