Requirements:

* Minimum 2-3 years experience as a manager in a relevant 3-4 star property essential.
* A natural leader who enjoys leading from the front.
* Passion for quality food & drink.

* Must be available to work afternoons, evenings and weekends.
* Level-headed/sensible and consistent in nature, trustworthy and reliable.
* Ability to work flexibly under pressure with a good sense of humour.
* Approachable with excellent people skills.
