We are looking for a junior project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record organizing and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will be actings as a support to the Head of Operations. This role requires organized thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with a senior leadership team through a proven delivery track record. You will play a pivotal role supporting our leadership teams through several important projects and operational processes. Primary Responsibilities:
Support Head of Operations and the Chief Data Officer in delivering projects across the team.
* Projects will include event management, operations co-ordination and general facilitation of work delivery.
* Interact with internal and external stakeholders at a range of seniority
* Collaborate with external marketing agencies

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (or higher) OR equivalent experience
* Experience managing and prioritizing several deliverables
* Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and build trusted partnerships with them

* Excellent communication
* Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity in a fast-paced, changing environment
