The Role: As a DevOps Engineer you'll be an integral member of our dynamic Infrastructure Team. Your primary focus will be on building, maintaining, and optimizing our cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security and scalability. You'll play an important role in empowering our developers by creating robust automation solutions that streamline the process of building and maintaining cloud services, fostering efficiency and innovation throughout the organization. How You Will Make an Impact: Building and maintaining services that automate our infrastructure in areas like cloud deployments, user access and management, and monitoring Working alongside and aiding other teams in developing and enhancing their services to utilize shared infrastructure resources Growing your knowledge and capabilities to contribute even more to our platform Prioritizing tasks effectively, communicating dependencies, and delivering commitments with a focus on quality and urgency Embracing and fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement, providing constructive feedback and actively seeking it for personal growth Communicate technical and non-technical information concisely and effectively, fostering knowledge sharing within the team and beyond. What You Bring to The Team: At least 3+ years of experience in DevOps and cloud engineering, with a strong focus on building and maintaining scalable, resilient, and secure cloud environments Experience with building and maintaining cloud services with IaC from scratch (Terraform, CloudFormation) Strong knowledge of core AWS services (VPC, S3, IAM, ECS, EKS) including best practice configuration, troubleshooting and monitoring Experience with implementing and managing security tools and services within AWS, such as Security Groups and AWS WAF and familiarity with AWS Organizations and Service Control Policies (SCPs) Experience with one or more programming languages such as Terraform, Go, Python, Javascript, or Java (Preferred: Terraform, Go or Python) Experience with managing Kubernetes environments, with expertise in cluster lifecycle management, networking (e.g., CNI, Ingress), storage solutions, and security hardening. Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
