We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team, based at our head office in Wexford Town.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.Oversee procurement of subcontractors, suppliers, and materials.Conduct regular cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.Work closely with site management teams to ensure progress aligns with budgets and timelines.Assess variations, manage valuations, and agree on final accounts.Contribute to project planning and provide cost advice during all stages of development.RequirementsMinimum 4 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with strong residential project experience.Excellent understanding of construction contracts and cost management principles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software such as Cubit (or equivalent).Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.Full clean driver's license preferred.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €40,597.00-€91,118.69 per year
