Store Manager – Navan Our client an expanding big box retail chain is seeking to recruit a Store Manager for their Navan location.
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating and delivering the best in class across, service, operations and commercial success.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role where no two days are ever the same.
Responsibilities: Drive sales and service across the store ensuring efficient day to day management.
Mentor, coach and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and store standards.
Plan and execute promotional strategies and seasonal campaigns.
Foster a positive, inclusive culture where every team member feels valued.
Drive store performance through sharp execution and commercial insight.
Analyse sales reports and react accordingly Skills And Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience (FMCG or Big Box retail is a bonus) Proven ability to manage people, develop talent, and drive team performance.
Strong communication, time management and decision-making skills.
Energy, resilience, and a genuine passion for retail and team success.
A confident, hands-on leader who leads from the front and sets the tone for the team.
