Our client is a leading Irish business with multiple office locations.
The Head of Legal is keen to hire an additional Legal Counsel for this role.
Responsibilities
This position will focus on a range of commercial contracts, so experience of drafting and negotiating contracts is essential.
Will suit solicitors/lawyer with 4-6 years pqe.
Key points
Hybrid working – at least 2 days in the office in Dublin (you must be living in Ireland).
Our client is considering people who want to work 4 or 5 days – it will depend on the candidate's experience.
Experience of drafting and reviewing commercial contracts is essential – this role is 70% commercial contract review.
This is a highly commercial environment where you will work with a collaborative team and support the Head of Legal and another Senior Legal Counsel.
