About the Role
The Community Facilitator is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering high-quality services to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
As a Community Facilitator, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized plans that promote social, educational, and vocational growth.
You will also play a crucial role in coordinating daily activities, ensuring seamless service delivery, and fostering positive relationships within the community.
Key Responsibilities:

* Foster strong relationships with colleagues, individuals supported, and community members
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
* QQI Level 6 qualification relevant to the Social Care sector or equivalent experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Essential Requirements:
* A valid full clean manual driving license (or willingness to obtain one)
* Fluent verbal and written English language skills
