Customer Service Representative
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our customer service team where you will be the first point of contact for new, prospective and existing customers. You will provide exceptional customer service through your understanding of business services, products and procedures.
Daily Tasks:
* You will establish positive rapport with callers, positively impacting customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
* You will reassure clients that we can help at all times.
* You will use all tools available to deliver a first-time fix for clients wherever possible.
* You will offer relevant advice and recommendations.
* You will input data accurately into database and other systems.
* You will take ownership of queries and obtain a satisfactory conclusion.
* You will obtain account information and update with action given/taken.
* You will update records appropriately so that a full history can be tracked.
* You will amend inaccurate records to ensure data-integrity.
* You will process live updates and pending requests.
* You will adhere to escalation/reporting process.
* You will ensure customers are kept informed on the progress of any disputes.
* You will close logs only on receipt of minimum update information.
* You will proactively chase relevant people before situations escalate into complaints.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
