Job Title: Field Sales Ambassador


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious sales professional to join our team as a Field Sales Ambassador. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage key accounts, and secure new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage, nurture, and grow existing portfolios of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed agreed sales and margin targets for assigned territories.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by becoming trusted advisors, understanding their needs, and providing effective product solutions.
* Design and execute strategic journey plans to ensure regular and effective customer contact across entire territories.


Requirements

* A minimum of 3 years of field sales experience, preferably within the electrical wholesale industry or a closely related sector.
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical products.
* A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in competitive B2B environments.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with confidence to deal with decision-makers at all levels.
* A high-energy self-starter with ability to work autonomously, manage own diary, and take ownership of territory.
* Genuine commitment to providing best-in-class customer service.
