Cloud Solutions Architect
This is a highly sought-after position in our team. We are looking for an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to work with customers across all levels from developers through to C-Suite executives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs/drivers, reviewing service disruptions, providing monthly/quarterly metrics, and assisting with pre-launch planning. They will also utilize technical skills to solve difficult support issues and technical challenges.
This role involves working closely with customers to understand operational parameters and troubleshooting processes for customer issues and escalations. The candidate will also advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development.
Key responsibilities include improving customer capabilities by running workshops, operations, and architecture reviews. The Cloud Solutions Architect will ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing costs and driving efficiencies to mitigate risks in customer operations plans and product adoption.
We require the ideal candidate to have experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three or more of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment. Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environments as a technical lead is also necessary. A Bachelor's degree is required, but preferred qualifications include experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
