About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Expert to join our dynamic recruitment team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top talent for our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume roles, including preparation, planning, sourcing candidates, screening, selecting, and managing offers.
* Conduct comprehensive analysis of business needs, delivering tailored recruitment solutions that align with organisational objectives.
* Maintain open and transparent communication with all partners throughout the recruitment lifecycle, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* Offer guidance and support on employment legislation, recruitment methodologies, and best practices to stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in building and nurturing positive relationships and networks.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, encompassing verbal, presentation, and written communication abilities.
* Ability to derive insights from complex data and information.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities.
* Previous experience in recruitment, either within an agency or in-house setting would be helpful.
