Your Key Responsibilities:
* Own the Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure smooth store performance across stock control, merchandising, staffing, and compliance.
* Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Set the standard for service excellence and create shopping experiences customers return for.
* Lead, Inspire & Motivate: Manage and develop a team of 15+ colleagues, fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
* Be the Go-To Problem Solver: Act decisively and confidently to resolve challenges in real time.
