They are looking for a proactive ERP Application Support Specialist to join their growing team.
What Youll Do Provide ERP application support and troubleshoot user issues Manage tickets, workflows, and SLAs via service tools Deliver user training, documentation, and UAT support Investigate issues using SQL and support continuous improvement Build strong customer relationships and enhance support processes What Were Looking For Experience supporting ERP systems (SAP B1, Sage, Dynamics or similar) Strong SQL and problem-solving skills Background in Business Information Systems or related field Customer-focused with excellent communication skills Whats on Offer Competitive salary, flexible working, pension & health allowance, and strong development opportunities.
