Together we cover Product & Payments, Technology, Sportsbook Product & Trading, People, Property, Corporate Communications and Strategic Partnerships & Transformation.What you'll do Design and implement robust, scalable cloud architectures on AWS, with particular focus on networking, security, and high availabilityLead the development and implementation of cloud-native solutions, including microservices architectures and containerized applicationsDesign and optimize network architectures including VPCs, Transit Gateways, Direct Connect, and hybrid cloud connectivity solutionsImplement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDKEstablish and enforce cloud governance frameworks, including cost optimization, security controls, and operational excellenceDesign and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices across the organizationProvide technical leadership in cloud migration strategies and application modernization initiativesOptimize cloud resource utilization and implement cost management strategiesCollaborate with security teams to implement cloud security procedures and compliance requirementsMentor and guide development teams in cloud-native development practices and AWS servicesHow you'll do it Several years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud architecture and servicesDeep expertise in cloud networking, including VPC design, hybrid connectivity, and network securityExtensive experience with distributed systems and microservices architecturesStrong background in DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Configuration Management)Shown experience with container orchestration platforms (EKS, ECS) and serverless architecturesStrong understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planningExperience with monitoring, logging, and observability solutions in cloud environmentsPractical experience with automation and infrastructure scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)Strong background in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline)Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK)Knowledge of cloud security procedures and compliance requirementsExperience working in agile environments and with distributed teamsStrong understanding of cost optimization and cloud economicsBonus points for:Relevant AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Professional, Advanced Networking)Experience with multiple cloud providersBackground in software development Experience with data analytics and big data architecturesKnowledge of FinTech or gaming industry requirementsThis role requires a combination of deep technical expertise, strategic approach, and strong communication skills to efficiently drive cloud initiatives across the organization.
