We are currently seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team of caregivers who provide care and support to adults and children with complex needs.
The successful candidates will work in partnership with families and the community, supporting our service users to build their independence and resilience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing care and making a positive difference in people's lives.
The organization offers a range of services including residential care on a respite, shared and full-time basis depending on the needs of the individuals we support. They also offer day and community outreach services that cater for the abilities and specific needs of those they care for.
As a caregiver in this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, receiving comprehensive training and support with further education. Requirements:
* Recognised QQI Level 5 or equivalent qualification
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar environment
* Knowledge of adults/children with complex needs
* Fully qualified driver with a valid license
