A €200 million investment is creating an innovative, carbon-neutral brewery in Newbridge, Co. Kildare, opening in 2026. This facility will be Ireland's second-largest brewery and a leader in sustainability, operating entirely on renewable energy.
About the Role
We seek detail-oriented Lab Quality Analysts passionate about product quality. In this role, you'll work with operations and maintenance teams to test beer and water samples, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
Responsibilities include:
* Conducting analytical, microbial, and sensory testing for quality control, including chemicals, raw materials, ingredients, co-products, and beer.
* Maintaining and calibrating laboratory instruments and preparing microbiological media and equipment.
* Interpreting test results and collaborating with production teams to address quality concerns.
* Supporting compliance with standards like FSSC 22000, ISO 9000, and FEMAS, including audits and certifications.
* Promoting safety culture and addressing concerns proactively.
* Troubleshooting lab equipment issues.
