Regional Engagement Specialist
The role is to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement, experience and retention.
About the Role:
Job Description:
This position involves working with various teams across different sites to identify areas of improvement and developing plans to enhance the overall employee experience. This includes analyzing data from employee surveys and feedback sessions to inform decision-making and drive positive change.
* Analyzing data to understand employee sentiment and preferences
* Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve employee engagement and retention
* Collaborating with HR and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to employee experience
* Designing and delivering employee communication and engagement programs
* Managing budgets and resources to support program delivery
Key Responsibilities:
* Employee Engagement and Experience: Develop and execute initiatives to engage employees and promote a positive work culture.
* Communication: Design and deliver effective internal communications to keep employees informed and aligned.
* Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
* Budget Management: Manage program budgets and resources to achieve desired results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field preferred
* Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, Marketing or Communications
* Proven track record of improving employee engagement and retention
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
* Strong understanding of organizational behavior and development principles
