Field Support Specialist:
You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end technical support to clients on-site and remotely, ensuring high-quality solutions and user experiences.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive technical assistance to clients on service requests raised by them.
* Determine and resolve hardware issues, offer AV equipment support, and collaborate with colleagues to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
* Manage inventory, assets, and electronic recycling, utilizing data management software for accuracy and efficiency.
You will work in a dynamic environment focused on video conferencing rooms, ensuring audio-visual quality and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Key Requirements
* A high school diploma or equivalent qualification, combined with 1-2 years of experience and/or training in IT services; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* A strong understanding of policies and procedures related to requested support activities.
* The ability to comprehend customer needs and provide excellent interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role demands strong communication skills, both written and verbal English, as well as the capacity to lift weights of 50lbs/22kg. You must conduct work activities in accordance with all applicable Environmental, Health & Safety regulations and rules.
