What you will do
Within JCI Ireland Airflow team, we sell and service Air conditioning systems and arrange installation across Ireland. This role is based in our Cork office, with 80% of projects in the Munster region.
We are seeking a project coordinator/administration support person based in Cork to join our team. You will manage an Excel-based schedule weekly/daily to ensure smooth planning of labour and materials for installation jobs.
The role reports to the Operations Manager, and full training on schedule management will be provided. You will serve as the link between field supervisors, sales, project management teams, and subcontractors to ensure customer expectations are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What We Look For

* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Experience in administrative support roles within an office environment.
* Background working in construction, service provision, Mechanical or Electrical engineering companies managing mobile teams.

* Experience in fast-paced environments managing relationships across different teams is advantageous.
* Ability to take ownership of processes and drive them daily.
