Restaurant Operations Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the In-Room Dining department, ensuring all guest orders are delivered promptly and professionally.
Main Responsibilities:
* Operational Management: Oversee the efficient operation of the In-Room Dining department, ensuring all guest requests are met with high standards of service delivery.
* Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the IRD team to achieve high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain brand presentation and hygiene standards across all trays, trolleys, equipment, and guestroom deliveries.
* Service Recovery: Engage with guests to build rapport, recover from any service issues, and ensure personalised experiences.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management position within a luxury hospitality environment.
* Proven ability to lead teams, deliver training, and manage performance.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in room service or restaurant operations in a luxury hotel setting.
