Western Alzheimers is recruiting for Healthcare Assistants throughout Athleague and surrounding areas, to join their Community Employment project. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get back to work, up‑skill and gain further experience in a person‑centered healthcare setting. QQI certified Healthcare training with support provided.
Duties
Caring for people with Alzheimer's disease/dementia and providing supportive care in the clients’ home.
Assisting with personal care, social engagement, meal preparation and other supportive tasks.
Flexible availability required.
Full clean driver's licence required.
19.5 hours per week.
