Reporting to the Finance Director the role of Financial Controller will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations and the accounts team. As the successful applicant you will enhance profitability and optimise Financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the accounting team and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate closely with operational managers to support decision-making and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenses to ensure financial stability and profitability.
- Implement and monitor cost control procedures across all hospitality entities.
- Review and analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency across operations.
- Liaise with external auditors.
- Develop, mentor, and provide training to accounts staff to enhance their performance and professional growth.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with experience working at Financial Controller level
- Prior experience working in hospitality or retail is essential.
