Production Specialist
Maintain complex machinery at peak efficiency through proactive maintenance strategies, swift troubleshooting, and continuous process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive improvements in overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and eliminate waste
* Provide direct support to production and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues and facilitate problem-solving
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to analyze breakdowns and performance issues, implementing targeted preventative maintenance practices
Develop expertise in assigned equipment groups, interact with vendors and suppliers, and assist with training of new hires and apprentices as required.
