To continue the successful growth of our TD team within EY’s Consulting practice, we are looking for experienced, motivated people who have previously worked in programme and project management, business or digital transformation roles, either in industry or in a client-side advisory role to join our team.

Your key responsibilities
We are looking for experienced Managers to grow EY’s successful TD business.
Client Responsibilities:
* Managing and delivering transformation projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
* Working with clients across sectors such as government, health, utilities, transport, and telecom to deliver exceptional service.
* Ensuring project plans, logs (risks, issues, dependencies), and budgets are effectively managed.
* Leading major project activities including process design, testing, and training with cross-functional stakeholders.
* Regularly collaborating with clients to develop innovative insights and solutions.
* Integrating data to inform insights and sharing technical, sector, and market knowledge.
* Solving business and technology issues through collaboration.
* Developing high-quality work products and presenting project outputs.
Internal Responsibilities:
* Supporting client account management activities such as recruitment, financial management, and quality/risk oversight.
* Building relationships with clients and colleagues to generate new business opportunities.
* Supporting presentations and proposals for medium to high complexity projects.
* Communicating effectively with senior management and motivating teams.
* Understanding EY’s service offerings and identifying opportunities to serve clients better.
* Building strong internal relationships and supporting team development, including coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
* Maintaining technical skills through ongoing education and understanding workplace policies.
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify, you should have:
* Approximately 5 years’ experience in management consulting or a similar advisory role.
* 5-10 years’ project management experience, including managing large-scale projects and transformations.
* Experience as a client-facing project manager using waterfall methodologies.
* Agile certifications such as Scrum Master or SAFe are desirable.
* Multidisciplinary experience including project management, process design, testing, and training.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Understanding of project governance and change management.
* Additional qualifications like PRINCE2 or PMP are a plus.
