Are you a driven sales professional ready for your next big challenge?
We're looking for a high-energy Territory Manager to join Align Technology's Orthodontic division, covering the North of Ireland. This role is for someone who thrives on growth, is resilient under pressure, and has the hunger to make an impact in a fast-evolving digital dental market.
As Territory Manager, you'll own and grow a strategically important region for Align. Your goal is to deliver on our Operational Plan through strong territory management, detailed account planning, and deep customer relationships. You'll be responsible for driving growth across both existing and new accounts, introducing cutting-edge digital orthodontic solutions, and inspiring doctors to modernise their practices.
Key Responsibilities
What you'll do
 * Manage and grow the North of Ireland territory, identifying and onboarding new high-potential accounts.
 * Use insight-led, consultative selling to challenge doctors and help them modernise their workflows with digital technology.
 * Build strong, long-term customer relationships that drive both adoption and business growth.
 * Develop and execute detailed territory and account plans focused on achieving sales targets and maximising opportunity.
 * Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensure seamless implementation of Align solutions.
 * Use data and analytics to guide business discussions and demonstrate ROI for your customers.
 * Organise and support practice development events and educational sessions that generate new business.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
What we're looking for
 * Proven B2B sales experience (3–5 years), ideally within medical devices, dental, orthodontic, or capital equipment.
 * A self-starter with strong resilience, determination, and a growth mindset.
 * Commercial acumen – confident discussing business metrics such as ROI, P&L, and growth strategy.
 * Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a consultative approach to selling.
 * Strong business planning and analytical skills with the ability to prioritise and execute effectively.
 * A collaborative team player who thrives in a high-performance culture.
 Bachelor's degree preferred.
