We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join our professional and energetic kitchen. As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards are consistently maintained and dishes are prepared to perfection.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standards
* Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in developing new dishes and menus
* Ensure all food preparation meets hygiene and safety standards
* Manage stock control and portioning, reducing waste where possible
* Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff as needed
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role in a busy kitchen environment
* Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
* Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
* Passion for food, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: From €13.55 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
