Job Overview
The Team Leader plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality client-focused services. They will collaborate with the Residential Services Manager to ensure seamless service delivery for adults with Acquired Brain Injury and Mental Health issues.
Main Responsibilities
* Maintain effective day-to-day operations of the person-centered service, catering to diverse client needs.
* Supervise and provide support to staff within the respite service, encompassing rotas, training, leadership, supervision, and communication across various shifts.
* Foster strong relationships with families and other stakeholders as directed by the Centre Manager.
Necessary Qualifications
* Holding a third-level graduate degree in Health & Social Care or an equivalent qualification is essential.
* Substantial experience in management and supervising individuals and teams is required.
* A background working within a HIQA-registered service is highly valued.
