Job Title: Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all production operations, ensuring that the facility runs efficiently and effectively. This includes establishing standards of performance, measuring results, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
2. Monitor and control labor management, including staffing levels and resource allocation.
3. Establish and monitor plant performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and waste reduction.
4. Develop and implement plans to reduce scrap and improve product quality.
5. Ensure fair and consistent treatment of all employees by upholding policies and procedures.
6. Implement and uphold the Quality System ISO 13485, ensuring GMP compliance, product quality, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards ISO 14001.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
* Proven track record of driving operational improvements and reducing costs.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to drive technical and operational enhancements.
