We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our community care team in Naas. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism, promoting independence, quality of life, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement personalized support plans that prioritize individual needs and goals.
* Deliver tailored support services, adapting communication styles to suit individual requirements.
* Assist with daily living activities, routines, and personal care, empowering individuals to take control of their lives.
* Support individuals to engage in their communities, develop new skills, and understand their rights and responsibilities.
Requirements:
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Fluent English language skills and excellent communication abilities.
* Full, clean manual driving license essential for this role.
