Job Description
As a senior lead engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing manufacturing processes to achieve quality, cost, and delivery goals. You will work closely with the operations, technical, and quality teams to drive projects that continually improve line performance and provide input to new business opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent project management and time management skills
* Experience creating CAPA, FMEA, SOPs, control plans, and performing validation (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ)
* Ability to effectively communicate manufacturing plans, proposals, results, and negotiate options at management levels
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong report writing and data analytical capabilities

This role requires experience in ISO 13485 medical device manufacturing environments, relevant project management experience, and associated qualifications with NPI experience.
