Key Responsibilities:

* Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, conducting regular stock takes.

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the store, including the forecourt area and restrooms.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a supermarket background at store manager or assistant manager level.
* Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales techniques.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
