My client, a leading residential developer, is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Officer to join their construction site team in South Dublin.
This role will support the delivery of safe, compliant and well-managed residential projects, working closely with site management and the Health & Safety Manager.
Responsibilities Monitor the Health & Safety Management System on site Promote continuous improvement of health & safety standard Monitor site-specific hazards and ensure appropriate controls are in place Ensure site safety documentation and statutory records are maintained Enforce site rules and contractor compliance Support site management with H&S requirements Carry out risk assessments and audits Deliver toolbox talks Assist incident and accident investigations Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role with a main contractor Relevant qualification in Occupational Health & Safety IOSH membership preferred Strong knowledge of risk management and control measures Salary & Benefits €65,000 - €75,000 Performance-related bonus up to 10% Pension with matching contributions Full health insurance Annual salary review CPD programme and funding Paid maternity & paternity leave 25 days holidays Life assurance and income protection Employee Assistance Programme Tax saver travel and bike-to-work schemes Profit sharing scheme If interested, please call Eve on or email your CV to Skills: Health and Safety Safety Officer Construction
