**Job Title:** General Operative
Key Responsibilities:
* Loading and unloading goods and equipment as required by the business.
* Monitoring and controlling stock levels to ensure efficient inventory management.
* Maintaining workshop machinery and ensuring it is in good working order.
* Fitting car tyres to customer and company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
* Assembling hydraulic hoses accurately and efficiently to meet customer requirements.
* Ensuring the yard and workspace are kept tidy and safe at all times.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills are necessary for this position.
* A full truck licence would be an advantage, although not essential.
* Forklift driving experience is also desirable.
About the Role:
