* Control and analyze sale performance across each category.
* Promote compliance with your team to adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Implement established business strategy, assigning roles and tasks to dedicated team members based on strength and ability.
* Champion our company culture and values as an ambassador of the company.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety and legal policies and procedures including HACCP protocols.
* Play a key role in ensuring the quality of products are produced to the required specifications, manufacturing practices and food hygiene legislation.
* Conduct regular hygiene audits, quality checks, label verification and system compliance checks.
* Provide technical support in the identification of non-compliance's and implement corrective measures.
* Investigating customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
* Document control administration.
