* They will manage phone lines and inbox, providing prompt, calm, and empathetic responses to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
* Supporting the Patient Advocacy & Feedback team, they will review issues raised and coordinate follow-up with clinical and administrative staff to drive continuous improvement.
Our team member will draft clear, professional correspondence and documentation reflecting patient experiences and our organization's response.
Accurate record-keeping is essential, requiring the ability to maintain comprehensive, confidential records throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency. They will also demonstrate empathy, tact, and discretion when interacting with patients and their families.
Maintaining confidentiality is paramount in this role, ensuring that sensitive information remains secure at all times.
Additionally, the Medical Secretary will work closely with the Patient Advocacy & Feedback team to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
