About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Patient Coordinator to carry out administrative duties and provide a professional and friendly atmosphere for our patients in Mullingar. The role will require communication across various social channels, email, phone, and flexibility. It is a part‑time position (8‑16 hours a week) providing support every 2nd Saturday and mid‑week days.
Key Responsibilities
Diary Management: Schedule appointments, assist patients with queries via phone, messages and email, and back‑fill cancellations using the patient priority list.
Patient Communication: Maintain messages and email inboxes, provide 5‑star customer service, welcome patients, check them in, ensure a comfortable and safe visit, assist with check‑out, and resolve patients’ concerns.
Team Support: Cover for absent team members, cover alternative locations when required, and cover travel and accommodation expenses when necessary.
Ordering: Keep the clinic clean and well‑stocked, complete stock takers, and provide order requirements to the manager.
Policies: Uphold and adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety measures, PPE, team relations and GDPR.
Ad‑hoc: Perform duties related to opening and closing the clinic and any other reasonable tasks assigned.

Qualifications
Experience: Customer Service 3+ years; clinic experience an advantage; KPI experience desirable.
Education: Leaving Certificate; Medical Admin/Dental Nursing qualification an advantage.

Salary and Hours
