We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and play a key role in shaping our people strategy. Employment Law Compliance Ensure company-wide compliance with Irish employment laws and regulations. Advise senior management on HR policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks. 2. Employee Relations Promote positive employee relations by addressing concerns proactively and resolving workplace issues. Manage investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary and grievance matters with fairness and consistency. 3. Talent Development Design and implement talent development initiatives that upskill staff and drive career growth. Partner with department leaders to assess training needs and deliver impactful learning programs. 4. Driving a Progressive Culture Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organisation. Work closely with leadership to foster an innovative, collaborative, and forward-thinking work environment. 5. People Engagement Build strong relationships at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor to employees and managers. Champion employee wellbeing and a positive company culture. Qualifications and Experience Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a senior HR role, with expertise in employment law, employee relations, and talent development. Strong understanding of Irish employment legislation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
