About The Role
Join our dynamic team to drive retail and institutional sales of high-quality building materials, including UPVC profiles, hardware, ACP panels, machinery, and aluminum supplies. This role is 80% field-based, focusing on door-to-door sales, client engagement, and identifying opportunities in commercial/government projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute retail sales strategies with a focus on door-to-door outreach to meet sales targets.
* Build relationships with individual clients, contractors, and potential bulk buyers.
* Conduct market research to understand local demand and preferences.
* Deliver persuasive product presentations and quotations during field visits.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
* Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support.
* Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback.
Requirements
* Experience: 2–3 years in retail/door-to-door sales, preferably in UPVC/building materials.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing). Relevant experience may substitute formal education.
* Skills:
o Proven success in outdoor sales and client acquisition.
o Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
o Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure.
o In-depth knowledge of the building materials sector (preferred).
