This is a senior leadership role, responsible for defining and driving the strategic direction of our financial planning proposition, overseeing planning delivery, advocating best practices and cultivating a high-performance culture across the business. As a strategic leader, you will champion our financial planning philosophy by guiding team development and helping to deliver an exceptional client experience.You will be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the CEO and other Heads of Department to deliver our ambitious growth plans and ensure we continue to deliver exceptional advice to our valued clients. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of financial planning in an organisation that places people and purpose at the centre of everything we do.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership➢Set the vision and strategy for the Financial Planning, Mortgages, Client Services and Paraplanning teams, ensuring alignment with company goals, values and long term client outcomes.➢ Shape the future direction of each of the these functions to support sustainable business growth and service excellence.Team Leadership & Development➢Lead, coach and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team.➢Foster a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous learning that empowers individuals and strengthens team capability.Client-Centric Excellence➢Drive quality and consistency in planning delivery, ensuring a seamless and values driven client experience across all touchpoints.➢Ensure all client interactions reflect our values, build trust and reinforce ProsperousFinancials' reputation for the best financial advice.Process & Operational Oversight➢Own operational frameworks, ensuring systems, workflows and reporting tools are scalable, compliant and continually improving to meet the evolving needs of the business and clients.➢Ensure planning processes, documentation and systems (E.g.
