Train and support junior staff members. Assist in managing food service, cleanliness, and safety standards. Handle customer queries and resolve issues. Ensure smooth shift transitions and till reconciliation. Qualifications: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role, ideally in a senior position. Right to work in Ireland is a must. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
