We currently are recruiting an Assistant Front of House Manager to join our team at Carton House.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Front of House Manager in the daily operation of the front office, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Deliver consistently exceptional 5 star service, handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally.
Supervise, motivate and support the front of house team.
Oversee arrivals, departures, room allocation and billing process using OPERA Liaise effectively with housekeeping, reservations and other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Assist with staff training, scheduling and performance management.
Ensure compliance with brand standards and company procedures.
Support revenue optimisation through upselling and accurate financial procedures.
The successful candidate will have: Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star property.
Previous experience of OPERA is strongly preferred.
Strong command of the English language.
Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, Bank Holidays, early shifts and evening shifts.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional guest service and problem-solving abilities.
Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
