Main purpose of the role
Ensure the Off-Licence Department operates efficiently and effectively at all times. Provide customers with excellent quality products and services.
The ideal candidate will have/be
* Creative
* Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs
* Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible
* Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
Main duties
* Actively live SuperValu brand-values i.e. Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and Imaginative
* Adhere to weekly stocktaking and daily waste procedures in the Off-Licence
* Implement and follow planograms
* Merchandise and present the Off-Licence department to the highest standard at all times
* Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and consistent with store policy
* Attend relevant training as required and implement learnings in store.
