About the Role
We are seeking a
Marketing Specialist
with strong digital marketing, content creation, and strategic planning skills to promote our training, consultancy, and compliance software (SaaS) solutions. This role will involve managing campaigns across multiple channels, developing creative materials, and supporting both inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
* Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
* Build and manage go-to-market plans for SaaS products using inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
* Plan and execute monthly content calendars across email, social media, and showcase platforms.
Content Creation & Branding
* Develop marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and branded collateral.
* Create lead magnets such as case studies, checklists, cheat sheets, and surveys to drive engagement and lead generation.
* Support content development for landing pages, campaigns, and sales proposals.
Digital Marketing & Website Management
* Maintain and continuously improve the company website and digital presence.
* Optimise the website for UI/UX, SEO, and lead conversion.
* Manage SEO, GEO, PPC, and Google Analytics to enhance organic ranking and paid ad performance.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
* Track and analyse both online and offline sales data to inform campaign strategy and action plans.
* Measure and report on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and strategic initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Collaborate with internal teams (Training, Consulting, and Sales) and marketing support staff to ensure alignment on messaging and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a strategic marketing role.
* L8 degree or higher in Marketing or a similar discipline.
* Proven experience in B2B marketing for professional services or SaaS products.
* Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and performance analytics.
* Experience with WordPress or other web management platforms.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
