This role involves close collaboration with design teams to produce 2D drawings, 3D models, BIM models, and other visualisations / simulations to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport production of engineering works packages by producing accurate 2D and 3D drawings for all project stages: planning, detailed design and construction Incorporate design changes and maintain version control of documentsProvide technical input to project teams and collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality and compliance with standardsCo-ordinate with civil, electrical and project engineers to interpret design requirements and integrate multidisciplinary inputs into coherent CAD outputs Experience and QualificationsEssential Level 6 NFQ or suitable CAD qualification Minimum 2 years of relevant experienceGood communication and time management skillsDesirable Working towards Chartership it in a recognized professional institutionExperience in utility or linear infrastructure projects or steelwork designValid driver's license for ROI, access to a car, and flexibility to travel nationwideLocation This position will be based in ESB E&MP's Offices in Dublin or Eastgate Cork.ESB is committed to smart working – combining digital tools with a culture of trust and empowerment to enable flexible ways of working.
