The Role
You will join a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality surveying, technical advisory and project oversight services. Typical responsibilities will include:
* Primarily working within the commercial sector undertaking a wide range of building surveying, but not limited to: Contract Administration
* Technical Due Diligence
* Dilapidations
* Building Pathology
* General building surveying commercial work in line with a Chartered Building Surveyor role
Requirements
* Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS/MSCSI) or actively working towards chartership
* 5–8 years' experience in building surveying or a related discipline
* Sound knowledge of building contracts in a commercial context
* Ability to work independently and contribute to the development of a new division
