Senior EHS Advisor – Dublin | Tier 1 ContractorBelow, you will find a complete breakdown of everything required of potential candidates, as well as how to apply Good luck.The OpportunityA leading Tier 1 Contractor is continuing to expand its Dublin operations and is seeking anexperienced Senior Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor to support the safe delivery of majorcommercial and residential construction projects.Key ResponsibilitiesEHS Leadership & ComplianceImplement and monitor the EHS Management System on site.Monitor compliance with statutory and company EHS requirements.Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and produce weekly EHS reports.Culture & EngagementPromote a positive health and safety culture across site management, contractors, and workforce.Influence, coach, and support site teams in best-practice EHS standards.Collaboration & ReportingDevelop and maintain strong relationships with project teams and stakeholders.Support investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.RequirementsRecognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred).7+ years' experience in construction health and safety roles.Experience on commercial and/or residential projects.Strong organisational and communication skills.High level of IT capability including Microsoft Office and EHS reporting systems.Salary & Package€70,000 – €95,000 DOECompany vehicle or car allowance.Relocation allowance where applicable.Pension, life insurance, and income protection.Laptop and phone provided.
