As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a People & Compliance Coordinator to join their team. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership, develop processes, and grow with the organisation.
The Role
This is a hands-on position where you will support compliance, and people-related processes. You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day administration operations, contribute to the development of systems and policies, and provide support to employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day administration and maintain accurate employee records.
* Support new hire onboarding and integration.
* Draft and issue employment contracts (temporary, fixed-term, and permanent).
* Ensure systems are organised, accurate, and compliant.
* Prepare for and assist with audits, ensuring up-to-date policies and records.
* Coordinate performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
* Provide support and advice to managers and employees in line with policies.
* Identify opportunities to improve HR and compliance processes.
Candidate Profile
* Previous similar experience, or strong administration background
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Approachable, open-minded, with an open-door style of communication.
* Ability to work with discretion and confidentiality.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
