Payroll Specialist - Human Resources Team

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing in collaboration with our outsourced provider - from data collection to post-paydate analysis and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and automate workflows
- Manage the full cycle of company benefits (Pension, TaxSaver, Bike to Work, Healthcare): onboarding, leaver processing, queries, and reporting
- Liaise with benefit providers to ensure accurate and timely data management
- Support benefit scheme renewals (e.g., pension, risk benefits)
- Assist Finance with payroll reconciliations
- Resolve employee payroll queries and explain deductions clearly
- Ensure accurate payroll change controls and implement error prevention measures
- Support payroll-related audits (internal and external)
- Contribute to payroll and benefits-related projects and provide ad hoc support
What They're Looking For
- 3-4 years of payroll experience in a HR or Finance setting
- Payroll qualification (e.g., IPASS or equivalent) preferred
- Strong HRIS experience (Oracle highly desirable)
- Familiarity with employee benefits administration and HR operations
- High attention to detail and compliance accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Office suite
- Strong time management, organisational, and communication skills
